Supplemental Information will be posted on www.achhlimousin.com. Copies will be available on sale day for your convenience. Announcements made sale day take precedence over printed material. All cattle sell under the standard guarantee of the North American Limousin Foundation.

LOAD OUT

Load Out will begin after settlement has been made at the conclusion of the sale. Each animal will be at purchaser’s risk as soon as sold.

TRUCKING & HOLDING

Reliable truckers will be available for shipping. All cattle must be removed from the sale facility by Noon Sunday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of the Sale are cash, check, or credit card, with a 3.5% service charge added on credit cards. Please note: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. A C H Holdings LLC, or any other consignors, consultants, or auctioneer, does not assume liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. All settlements are to be made with the sale clerks immediately following the conclusion of the sale and before any cattle will be released from the sale premises.
